Please note that our car emblems are custom-made based on your specific requirements (including design, craftsmanship, and vehicle model). We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless they arrive damaged or defective
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your order is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package
3. Cancellation Policy
As our production process begins shortly after an order is placed:
- Before Production: If you cancel before the design/production phase begins, a full refund will be issued
- During/After Production: Once the customization process has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
4. Fitment Responsibility
We produce emblems based on the vehicle model (e.g., BMW, Tesla, Mercedes-Benz) and specifications you provide. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect information provided by the customer. Please double-check your vehicle’s year and model before ordering
5. Return Shipping
For non-defective returns (if applicable to non-custom items), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable
